What we keep, and why.

Tidewatch Dispatch is a portfolio and commissioning desk, not a data business. The only personal information this site collects is what you type into its forms: your name, email, outlet, and the story you describe.

Form submissions are stored securely and used for one purpose — replying to your enquiry and, if you commission work, administering the assignment. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never added to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask.

The press-kit request asks only for an email address, used solely to deliver the press-kit download link.

This site loads fonts, animation, and photography from third-party content networks, which may log routine technical data such as IP addresses under their own policies. No analytics profile of individual visitors is built or retained here.

To review or delete anything you have submitted, use the open line on the contact page and it will be handled within two working days.
